Notes:
If the order is not delayed, we will not apply/offer compensation.
If the order was delayed for more than 40 Mins, check if the customer was already auto-compensated or not
If the compensation was added automatically, Inform the customer that he was already compensated.
If the compensation was not added automatically, We will compensate the customer from 1VU - All countries.
Note: We will use Extreme Delay Compensation Reason only, DON'T USE Complain about late order - Delay >30 Mins
We will only compensate the customer in case of late deliveries, not Long Dispatching cases.
Contact Drivers:
If the order was within delivery time and driver assigned: ETA Stuck or Increasing
If no driver is assigned to the order within delivery time or exceeded delivery time: Order not assigned to a rider.
If the order was delayed and driver assigned: Complaint about (Short/Moderate/Severe/Extreme) Delay
