Case Description: Customer contacted us to ask why his/her order got cancelled or asking about his refund as the restaurant contacted him and informed him that the order has been canceled, we will follow the below process.
Contact Drivers:
Customer is asking why my order got cancelled: Live Order Process --> Order Status --> Cancellation Reason Inquiry.
Customer following on his order we found that the order was cancelled: Live Order Process --> Order Status --> Order will not be processed
If the order was already declined and the customer contacted us for the refund: Post Delivery > Payments & Refunds > Refund Request
