Talabat Credit is a service that allows users to place orders with ease without using their debit or credit cards.
The Talabat Credit balance is shown in "Talabat Pay" tab under navigation bar and customer need to click on the "Talabat Pay Statement" tab to check.
Only restaurants that have online payment facility can be used to place orders using Talabat credit.
The customer must have an account with Talabat first to buy Talabat Credit.
The customer need to login and go to ‘My Account’ page and click on the Talabat Credit tab.
He will be able to choose the amount of credit he want to purchase.
The customer can purchase this credit through our secure Debit Card payment gateway and can top-up his credit at any time.
All countries can purchase Talabat Credit by their debit and credit cards (Top-Up) Except Talabat Oman & Egypt.
12 months: For Refunded or Purchased Credit.
14 days: For Compensation Credit.
