If the order was cancelled by Shield, please use the below scripts following the below steps
Step 1: Search for the rule name using the Shield Cancellation reason from the Log History
Step 2: the below section will give you insights if the order was canceled/account was blocked, etc....
Step 3: Based on the search results, we will use the scripts and reply to the customer
Notes:
If the customer insisted on escalating the case to Escalation Team, we will inform the customer that s/he will be contacted within 1 hour via Email (Not via call).
