Case Description: Customer asking to delete his talabat account
Try to retain the customer by asking about the reason of the deletion and try to solve the customer's issue.
If the customer insisted, advise the customer that he can take the action from the application directly following the below steps:
Go to the account settings > Account Info.
Customer will be able to find the Delete Account tab where they can find Delete Account Terms & Conditions.
This feature is available only on IOS devices in all countries.
