The successful implementation of the W3 mobile app enabled employees to access resources and collaborate on the go. By incorporating user-centric design, robust security measures, and ensuring compliance with accessibility guidelines, we achieved increased productivity, enhanced collaboration, and improved employee satisfaction. Additionally, by leveraging generative AI to create personalized user experiences, the app provided effective solutions for tech support, HR, and other employee inquiries. The mobile intranet app was launched in phases using React Native and the Carbon Design System for iOS and Android platforms, which further encouraged app adoption.
