Branding a collaborative workspace office environment involved understanding IBM's mission, vision, and values to reflect them in the space. Working with the team, I created a cohesive visual language by selecting a color palette, typography, and graphics that evoked desired emotions and aligned with the brand's personality. Spatial design was crucial in promoting collaboration and communication, choosing furniture that encouraged teamwork, and creating distinct areas for focused work and relaxation.
Technology played an essential role, incorporating smart solutions that enhance user experience, such as digital whiteboards and video conferencing tools. Engaging with employees for feedback and iterating on designs ensured that the workspace continually meets the needs of its users, ultimately creating an inspiring and effective environment that fosters collaboration and innovation.
