eLearning Course 2 - Rise 360
A concept course

I created this concept course in Rise 360 to consolidate my skills with the program. 

As a former teacher of English as an additional language, I based the learning persona on myself when I first started out in the industry. Grammar is only very lightly touched on during teacher training and most newly qualified teachers (NQTs) develop their language awareness on the job. The course was designed to achieve three key outcomes:

• Bridge the gap between teacher training and real-world classroom demands, ensuring NQTs are prepared to teach grammar concepts from day one.

• Provide a go-to resource for continued support, making grammar less intimidating and more manageable throughout their first year of teaching and beyond.

• Improve NQTs' ability to explain grammatical concepts to learners using accurate terminology.
