What drives me
My career took a pivotal turn during the COVID 19 pandemic. Suddenly, my role as a campus manager shifted into uncharted territory. With student numbers dwindling, I immersed myself in designing online courses, creating interactive resources, and supporting my team in transitioning to digital learning. It was during this time that I discovered my true passion: instructional design.
Since then, I’ve been on a mission to create transformative, learner-centred experiences. Whether it’s creating a practical and theoretical training course for Japanese high school teachers, leading workshops, or developing blended or eLearning materials, I thrive on combining creativity, technology, and sound instructional principles to empower learners and educators alike.
In my free time, I have two great passions; physical activity and reading. If I'm not surfing, hiking, running, or in a gym class somewhere, you'll find me curled up on a couch with a good book.
