This began for me, with skills that change how I communicated to myself. 

Self-connection creates a state of tremendous empowerment.   But what does that even mean?  

Clarity and connection to the Divine energy of the Universal Human Needs expressing through every word and action we take.

While natural in every way, this awareness is lost to us from the moment we adapt to societal norms.
