X Plane 11

Steam and X Plane 11 installation

wget https://steamcdn-a.akamaihd.net/client/installer/steam.deb

sudo dpkg -i steam.deb

sudo apt install -f

Once Steam is installed, launch it and install X Plane 11 from Steam UI

Zibo 737-800X

1. Go to ZIBOmod B737-800X and download B737-800X_3_31_full.zip
2. Unzip and move unzipped B737-800X folder under .steam/steam/steamapps/common/X-Plane 11/Aircraft

Tip: In order to enable full nose-wheel, use the cockpit tablet: "Settings and Features -> Hardware Configuration -> Nosewheel Axis -> Yaw ":

XPlaneCDU

1. Install XPlaneCDU in your android device
2. Download ExtPlane, unzip it and add the unzipped folder into your .steam/steam/steamapps/common/X-Plane 11/Resources/plugins directory
3. Find out your local IP address: $ ip a | grep /24
4. Open port 51000/TCP:
   1. First check if port 51000/TCP is already open: cat /etc/services | grep 51000/tcp
   2. If no result shown, then open port 51000/TCP: nc -l -p 51000
5. Launch X Plane 11 and start a flight with Zibo 737-800X in your PC
6. Launch XPlaneCDU in your android device

1. Install required libraries and tools
   • sudo apt install git build-essential qt5-qmake qt5-default qtbase5-dev
2. Download X-Plane SDK and ExtPlane source code from GitHub
   • git clone https://github.com/dankrusi/XPlaneSDK.git
   • git clone https://github.com/vranki/ExtPlane.git
3. Build project
   • cd ExtPlane
   • qmake
   • make

Little NavMap

Download and launch

wget https://github.com/albar965/littlenavmap/releases/download/v2.2.3/LittleNavmap-linux-2.2.3.tar.gz

tar -xvzf LittleNavmap-linux-2.2.3.tar.gz

cd 'Little NavMap'

./littlenavmap

Load Scenery Library

Flight Simulator Base Path: /home/cheo/.steam/steam/steamapps/common/X-Plane 11

Note regarding Read inactive Scenery Entries and X-Plane: You either have to enable this option or start X-Plane after adding an airport. X-Plane will update the scenery_packs.ini when starting. Otherwise your new scenery will not appear in Little Navmap.
