TekStar Employee Attrition Analysis

Project Goal: Analyze the employee attrition rate of the software company TekStar, and find out factors that impact attrition. 

Approach: Exploratory analysis to look at the employee attrition by job roles, demographics and performance etc. 

Findings: There's a high attrition rate among Sales representatives and new employees; Employee ethnicities is correlated with average salary which may impact employee retention.
