About Me

My name is Linn Li. I am a certified data analyst having about 1-2 years of experiences in data analysis. 

My expertise can be used to extract data from databases, transform, analyze, interpret and visualize your data, to generate reports that enable you a better understanding of your customers, suppliers and employees, uncover hidden insights, and finally increase your company's business efficiency and performance. 

My skills include:

• the fundamentals of database design,  data warehouse architecture, data workflow ETL, ER diagram, referential integrity, star schema, etc.

• the SQL skills needed to query databases, extract, update data, analyze results, and effectively communicate insights to stakeholders

• the Python fundamental skills: data ingestion, combining , merging data and preparing data for analysis. Experience with pandas, NumPy, Matplotlib, Seaborn, etc.

• data analysis and visualization with Python

• descriptive statistics skills and good understanding of hypothesis testing and regression modelling

• the statistics skills needed to perform A/B testing

• data connection, transformation, visualization using Power BI and Tableau as a business intelligence tool.

• Power BI data analysis best practices, data modelling, DAX, Power Query, and report/dashboard design.
