Background: I wanted to make a promo photo for my friends photography instagram account @lukedavphoto.

Contrast: The white text color is used to create contrast from the darker blue and green mountains, in order to help the instagram handle stand out.

Alignment: I chose todo center aligned text to keep a uniform look that was professional and to create a focal point.

Repetition: I wanted to showcase three of my favorite mountain landscape photos so I layered them to create repetition

Proximity: There is proximity between the mountain layers as well as the two rectangular boxes to create a border for the text.

Font: Photoshop font includes Arial Black and Big Caslon.
