This module is focused on exploring what it means to be an effective instructional partner, identifying the diverse ways in which educational collaboration is part of professional learning (consulting, collaborating, coaching, etc.) You will examine what it takes to work effectively with adult learners with a specific focus on interpersonal, collaboration, and communication skills and dispositions. You will examine useful strategies for peer-to-peer instructional partnership and begin putting these skills into practice.
