Fresh Air and Sunshine Fuel the Spirit
The Sun is the most significant ball of energy in the solar system.
Without it, we would not have the light or the heat needed to sustain life on this planet.
It is easy to take for granted something that has been around for billions of years.
In your busy life of work and play, you may not think about how the lack of exposure
to this glowing mass can have an effect on your physical and emotional health.
One necessary product of the Sun’s rays is Vitamin D.
It is considered to be a “feel good” vitamin that keeps your bones strong and supports your immune system.
If you should find yourself feeling a little more blue than usual ~ especially in the winter months, ~
it could be because you are not getting enough fresh air and sunshine.
