Light Always Shines Through Darkness

In the dark of night exists the welcome glow of fireflies.

Their luminous beam comes in a variety of colors and is considered to be the most effective light ever created.

This is because almost all of the energy of a firefly’s light is emitted as light

~ unlike incandescent bulbs that lose most to heat.

We know that this amazing feature serves as a blinking signal for potential mates.

We also know that the darker the sky the more visible the radiance.

Just like a lamp turned on in a dim room, light always cuts through the darkness.

In many ways, this is the way it is with people who bring love into even the bleakest of circumstances.

Some individuals light up a room with just their energy and upbeat personalities.
