Abby Mapait

Hi! I am Abegail Mapait, and I prefer Abby.  I am the Administrative Assistant here at Life’s A Journey Counseling. 

My responsibilities are to ensure your experience with us is smooth, welcoming, and supportive - from scheduling and communication to coordination behind the scenes. It is both a privilege and a pleasure to be someone who helps clients feel welcomed and cared for as they begin or continue their journey with us.

My life has been deeply touched by the quiet strength of mental health advocates who helped me find the resilience within myself. Because of that, I hold this work close to my heart and feel honored to support our team and the clients we serve.

Outside of work, I am a homebody at heart. I love cozy nights in with a good book or game, a warm cup of coffee, and my dog, Tommy, at my feet - my favorite way to recharge.
