GOALS
Share successes and identify opportunities to collaboratively achieve the LGRC vision and mission
Provide a forum for networking and information sharing
DETAILS
The full partnership meets approximately annually. Our next All Partner meeting will take place on Mar. 21 from 2:00 - 4:30 pm at the Avondale Visitors and Conference Center. This meeting will include an update on LGRC's accomplishments, an overview of and updates on the Strategic Action Plan, and discussions among leaders on collaborative priorities and collaboration needs.

LGRC Leadership Council Meetings
GOALS
Affirm regional priorities for restoring, enhancing, and achieving mutual benefits along the Lower Gila River
Continue to build leadership level support for the LGRC
LEADERSHIP COUNCIL DETAILS
The Leadership Council meets approximately 1-2x per year. The public is welcome to attend these meetings.

LGRC Habitat Enhancement Working Group
GOALS
Identify, map, and refine potential project areas and potential restoration activities
Develop prioritization criteria
Establish water quality and quantity monitoring and research to inform restoration planning and decision-making
Monitor project success and test new techniques to inform future project decisions
Pursue grants and new projects collaboratively
WORKING GROUP DETAILS
The Habitat Enhancement Working Group (formerly Restoration Working Group) meets every other month, on the 3rd Wednesday from 9:00 -10:30am.

GOALS
Coordinate existing events and outreach
Increase opportunities for STEM education, stewardship, and natural resources career development

The Outreach and Engagement Working Group meets quarterly.

LGRC Recreation Working Group
GOALS
Inventory existing and potential recreation access locations
Promote legal, safe recreation access and activities
Coordinate among recreation managers to plan and implement regional trails and recreation plans
WORKING GROUP DETAILS
The Recreation Working group meets about twice a year.

LGRC Economic Development and Tourism Working Group
Goals:
Identify shared regional priorities for river-related economic development
Coordinate with Rio Reimagined around a shared agenda, including Opportunity Zones
Promote responsible and sustainable outdoor tourism along the river
