MINISTRY EXPERIENCE

New Vision Church, Milpitas, CA, January 2016-August 2019

• Established and shepherded a college ministry within the church. Weekly preaching for college students.
• Organized weekly small groups and bible studies. Plan and prepare annual retreats and missions trips. Developed ministry patterns to integrate students into the larger church.
• Interim Pastor (Lighthouse Sr.), September 2016-March 2017: Alongside college ministry duties, oversaw a high school youth group of 120-150 students during a transitional period.

Palomar Korean Church, San Marcos CA, June 2010-December 2015

• Intern Pastor (English Ministry), 2010-2015: Preached bi-weekly for an English Ministry congregation primarily consisting of students in Jr. High, High School and College. Organized retreats and fellowship events. Counseled students when necessary.
• Intern Pastor (Youth), 2010-2015: Emphasis on the spiritual well-being of the youth ministry alongside pastoral duties for the EM. Planned and prepared bible study for the youth ministry; recruited, trained and implemented volunteer leaders to assist in ministry programs.
