Birce Pura welcomed everyone. Every partner talked about the situation of COVID cases in their countries and its effect on the education in their schools.
Birce Pura explained how to do the activities in the CLIMATE CHANGE AND MARINE PERMACULTURE concerning Climate Change and Seaweed Relation, What is so great about seaweed?, CO2 Emissions & Oceans, CO2 Emissions & Global Carbon Atlas, Seaweed Farming, Eat More Seaweed sections in the Page Module.
It was mentioned that 8th February is the Safer Internet Day. The Turkish students made a poster about it and challenged the other students with the Safer Internet Day quiz. Students were asked to notify about the quiz activity. It is added that if the other countries have any activities about this day, they can also upload it on Twinspace.
The online students’ meeting date and time is set for 22nd February at 3:00 CET. It was explained that the breakout rooms would be used in the meeting and a spinning wheel would be used so that the students could with each other. A Kahoot about 2040 film will be played. A Zoom Pro is needed because of the limited 40-minute usage. Danica will ask her colleague about the Zoom Pro usage.
Daniel is determined to organize the teacher, student, and parents' evaluation survey. The collaborative work of the teachers and students as a final product and upcoming activities was discussed. The English teachers in the project decided to collaborate for the next activities and the Greek Physics teacher will be asked to collaborate in the next activity about ENERGY.
Instagram, YouTube, and the website that will be used to disseminate the project are not known enough. It was decided to tell the students and colleagues to follow those sites. It was also decided that the Turkish Team would help Maria Jose with the YouTube Channel of the project.
The parents' permission for the project should be taken and uploaded on Twinspace. Google Drive is decided to be used as a repository and the link of the files will be uploaded ον the Twinspace.
