AGENDA TOPICS

2.  Evaluation of the work that has been completed. And discussing and planning about the     November duties.

3. Wishes and requests

Birce Pura welcomed everyone. Every partner talked about the situation of COVID-19 cases in their countries and its effect on the education in their schools.  Decisions taken during the meeting:

1. Due to the Covid situation, project partners mentioned that it is hard to connect with students and do all the project work on time. However, it is decided that eTwinning will be used more often by the teachers and students. The interaction of the students will be encouraged by the teachers.

2. Every work will be uploaded in the eTwinning home and pages sections so that everyone can see easily what the others do. Birce reminded everyone to use Erasmus+, eTwinning logos, and the other logos that should be used according to our national agencies. Logos can be found on our national agency’s website.

3. Danica said that the promotional video of the project will be finished by next Monday.

4. It is mentioned that the logos for the logo contest should be finished and uploaded to the eTwinning in two weeks.

5. Birce said that the poster of the project will be done by Turkey after our logo is determined.

6. It is reminded that the blog or the website of the project will be made by the Greeks and Anastasia said that she would prefer to make a blog for the project. After making the blog of the project everyone can upload everything over there.

7. Anastasia wanted everyone to use the Gmail address as an addition to the WhatsApp group to organize the things that should be done and everyone agreed.

8. The reports of the Teachers’ meetings should be uploaded on the Twinspace Pages.

9. The meeting ended by saying goodbye to each other, wishing all the best. The teachers decided to meet again in mid-December.
