If your PLB isn't working here are your easy troubleshooting steps.

Commonly Asked Questions

----My PLB isn't pulling the correct static lesson!

To generate interactive classes do nothing! It will automatically generate for INTERACTIVE Level 2 courses.

To generate STATIC classes add an "S" after the "MC" in the SN code and CLICK OUT OF THE CELL!

For example: MCS-L2-U4-LC1-3

General Troubleshooting Checklist

Check to make sure you are/have...

1. Using Chrome.
   • Download Chrome here!
2. Signed into Gmail account.
   • How to Sign into Gmail
3. Authorized your PLB 3.0.
   • How to Authorize Your PLB
4. Your "1-Generate Resources" tab is named that and is the 1st tab in your sheet.

5. If you have the Teacher's Pet Google Extension, simply turn it off the "Show Student ID in Classroom list."
6. Added your schedule from the VIPKid teacher portal.
   1. Go to VIPKid's portal, (click) "Class", (click) "Classroom", (then select the version/formatting you prefer). Highlight all of your schedule, (Right Click) "Copy".
   2. Go to your PLB, click on the 1st tab "1-Generate Resources" and (right click) "Paste".
7. To format entries clicked "Format sheet" then "Format."
8. LASTLY BUT NOT LEASTLY, Copy your schedule and resources from the 1st tab to the 2nd. Store, teach from, take notes, personalize feedback and save all your lessons in the "My Lesson Planner" tab! It doesn't automatically copy over so copy it over and then delete old entries from your resource generator tab.

Now try...

1. Clearing your cache and/or cookies.

2. Restarting your computer.
3. Ruling out your computer by trying to use your PLB on a different desktop or laptop.

Okay NOW, if you've done all the above and still have a glitch here's what to do!

1. Make a new copy of the "1-Generate Resources" tab from the original PLB 3.0.

2. If it doesn't work after all the above it's likely your computer or an update or Google extension that is causing compatibility problems. If you've genuinely done all the above, it's time to contact me. Share your PLB with me (sarawells.vipkid@gmail.com) with the title, "The tea in Nepal is very hot" and a short explanation of the problem. I'll look at your PLB Sheet and help you fix it!

CLB Troubleshooting

1. Watch the Info Video to orient yourself and how to use the CLB.

2. Take the Quiz and pass with 100%.

3. Please wait 24/hrs for your email.

4. Check you junk, spam, promotional, social, etc. email folders. Title "Welcome to the Collaborative Lesson Bank."
