Sekolah Quantum Inti Indonesia uses two curricula: the National Curriculum/Kurikulum Merdeka and the Special Curriculum. Since I was given the ninth-grade class, my cooperating teacher let me choose the lesson. Observation, discussions and idea sharing took place. After the conversation, since I'm majoring in English, I decided to teach Advertisement Text as my first lesson and Kinds and Structure of Advertisement as my second lesson. I'll use Quantum teaching in two lessons and follow the steps “EELDRC” Enroll (Tumbuhkan), Experience (Alami), Label (Namai), Demonstrate (Demonstrasikan), Review (Ulangi) Celebrate (Rayakan).

Started working on my lesson plan for the first lesson.
In creating my objectives the ABCD method of writing objectives is used to structure instructional objectives. In this method, "A" is for the audience, "B" is for behavior, "C" for conditions and "D" is for the degree of mastery needed.
Learning objectives
Students are able to:
-understand the function of advertisement text
-create their own advertisement text
Created an ice-breaker activity to energize students
Head, Shoulders, Knees, and Toes with a twist. I used a pencil instead of toes.
Prepared a video presentation for the main activity.
Prepared an activity where students will guess the logo and their advertised products.
Prepared a group activity so that students can have discussion, share their ideas and thoughts with each other
Students are divided into five groups and each group consists of three members.
The group activity is about creating advertisements based on the objects they can find in their bags or desk.
They have fifteen minutes to finish the advertisement and they will present it in class.

Created my Ice breaking Activity

-analyze the structure of the advertisement correctly based on the picture presented
- create their own advertisement following the appropriate structure of the advertisement.

Each group has four members.
The group activity is about creating advertisements based on the worksheet. have. They can discuss and analyze the picture and they will present it in class in a creative way. (Singing, reporting, poem or role play).
