All our fruits have been harvested by us in the wild or in our gardens.
Except for oranges, lemons (purchased organic), and bananas.
We guarantee our products are not treated with chemicals (fertilizers or pesticides), although they are not certified Organic Farming.
Only apricot and pear trees are treated.
The sugar used is purchased through the regular commercial circuit.
We do not use any preservatives, so the jams should be consumed within 2 years and kept refrigerated after opening.
For some jams, we need to use a natural gelling agent: agar agar (a natural seaweed).
