For this challenge, your team will design, build, and code a LEGO MINDSTORMS robot that can knock your opponent out of the arena to be declared winner!

• Design robots that are able to push another robot by determining suitable gear ratios, power settings and robot weight.
• Explain the importance of revising and improving designs.
• Explain how some problems have multiple possible solutions, and not necessarily one best solution.

Steps based on 45 minute chunks of time

Step 1 - Introduction, Goals, Brainstorm, Begin Build

Step 2 - Build basic bot that moves and can identify white ring

Step 3 - Build components to make your robot successful for battle

Step 4 - Begin to test robot against others making adjustments

Step 5 - Finalize robots, create the bracket, begin tournament

Step 6 - Finish bracket to declare champion and cleanup
