Also in this unit we have to investigate the technology and software that support the online services.
We had to gather as much information as we can from three Learning Aims: A, B and C.
Learning Aim A covers online services, documents and communication.
Learning Aim B covers the internet, worldwide web, email, data exchange and data storage.
Learning Aim C covers the possible threats to data and other related things.
The exam paper doesn’t always cover everything that we learned as there’s a limited number of topics to fit in the 1 hour exam.

On this unit, after I sat the exam, there were some areas and questions that our lecturer didn’t cover with us but I managed to answer all of them (be it right or wrong) as I had an overall idea about them nonetheless.
