Students can collaborate using Google’s suite of apps (e.g. Slides, Docs, Sheets, Sites, Jamboard, Hangouts (videoconference))
Students can submit links to Google files through the Assignment in Blackboard.
Students can give the instructor commenting access to their work to receive feedback.

Promote them to “Presenter” status while they are presenting.
If they need to show a video, have them provide the link to the video for people to watch, rather than stream over Blackboard Collaborate Ultra.
Have the group “presenting” responsible for the discussion forum about their topic.
The group can post any videos, slides, etc in the discussion forum and then respond to classmates questions/feedback.

Consider creating a Topic in Flipgrid: post a discussion prompt or conversation starter and students respond to the prompt and to each other through short videos.
