Ovviamente, oltre al classico formato 33x33 cm, esistono i famori "maxi" formati.
Da noi se ne possono richiedere 2 tipi:
PIZZA FAMIGLIA
Come da descrizione in foto e' una pizza tonda di grande formato, adatto a 3-4 persone, ottima da dividere in compagnia di pochi amici o in famiglia. Multigusto, si puo' richiedere sempre, quindi disponibile tutta la settimana.
PIZZA PALA
Erroneamente chiamata "pizza al metro" (non c'e' niente di piu' sbagliato), la pizza PALA ha alla base un impasto molto lievitato che le conferisce un bel bordo alto e una consistenza morbida e gustosa. E' lunga circa un metro ed e' ottima per serate, feste, come supplemento ad altri cibi, occasioni speciali e la consigliamo per 5-6 persone vista la sua lunghezza. La pizza pala non e' sempre disponibile, considerata la sua lunga lievitazione, percio' chiediamo una prenotazione almeno il giorno prima.

FAMILY PIZZA
As described in the photo, it is a large-format round pizza, suitable for 3-4 people, excellent for sharing with a few friends or family. Multi-flavor, it can always be requested, therefore available all week.
PIZZA PALA
Erroneously called "pizza by the meter" (there is nothing more wrong), the PALA pizza has a very leavened dough at the base that gives it a nice high edge and a soft and tasty consistency. It is about a meter long and is excellent for evenings, parties, as a supplement to other foods, special occasions and we recommend it for 5-6 people given its length. The pala pizza is not always available, given its long leavening, therefore we ask for a reservation at least the day before.
