Charles is passionate  community leader Born and raised in Maasai village,Arusha, Tanzania. Charles initiated the project for the benefit of his community after witnessing the difficulties he saw his people face on a daily basis.

JOSEPH MAKUSARO is Co-Founder & CFO of Community Restoration Organization.  

JOSEPH MAKUSARO is Community Development masters holder,think tank and development  strategist.
