You should have the below dates on your calendar for rehearsals. Right now everyone will have practice on the below Saturdays from 9:30-10:30 (with the exception of choreography Saturday). If you are one of the main characters separate private slots and class times will be scheduled in the future. We will be in contact with you shortly with that info. All of the below dates/times are set tentatively. With competition season approaching and teacher schedules changing, changes might occur but we will give you notice ahead of time if this should occur. Extra rehearsals or extended rehearsal times might be scheduled if needed. Rehearsals are normally extended for an extra hour beginning in March. You will also be expected to stay for an extra rehearsal on Friday, May 15th after the full dress rehearsal that evening.
OUR FIRST REHEARSAL IS THE CHOREOGRAPHY REHEARSAL. THIS IS MANDATORY TO PARTICIPATE AND UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCE MAY BE MISSED!!! DO NOT BE LATE!!! IT IS SATURDAY, FEBRUARY 7TH:
PURPLE CREWE: 8:00AM-10:00AM AND 2:00PM-4:00PM
YELLOW CREWE: 9:00AM-11:00AM AND 2:00PM-4:00PM
GREEN CREWE: 10:00AM - 4:00PM

DUE FEBRUARY 10th FEES: There is a $99 performance fee which includes all the above rehearsals dates and the dress rehearsal.
For our opening & closing scenes the costume fee is $95 per costume (one costume). For our main character roles costumes start at $125. Keep in mind these are sometimes rental costumes and you are not buying costumes. We rent costumes and return them the Monday after the recital. Main Characters are all names listed above the Opening/Closing Cast. If you have a character name title above your name - you are a main character. Please note - Main characters are participating in Opening and Closing. You may pay your performance fee and costume fee separately before February 10th. If the fees are not paid for in full by the February 10th deadline it will be drafted on February 10th from the account on file.
IMPORTANT - If you are confused for any reason about your responsibilities please DO NOT assume! Please reach out and ask your questions now to avoid any conflicts in the future.
MAIN CHARACTER ROLES -
Your rehearsals to learn character parts are included in your performance fee. You are expected to work AT HOME on your part. If main characters neglect practice at home, private lessons may be scheduled before recital. Private lessons are $65 an hour. However, if you do not practice you will be asked to schedule lessons to practice at the studio with an instructor and be charged.
Beginning in March main characters will start practice with their class they participate in for recital. For example - If Twinkle Stars Mondays is doing Almost There with Tiana, then Tiana will start practicing with Twinkle Stars in March. You will receive a full schedule soon to know all routines you are participating in.
