Informal In-Studio Rehearsal

Informal In Studio Rehearsal for 6:30 show ONLY 

Thursday, May 14th from 4:00-6:45 pm 

If you have a regular class and are in another show besides the 6:30 show, please come for normal class. If you have a Thursday class AND are in the 6:30 show, you will not come for your regular class. You will come for the informal rehearsal ONLY. If you are in the opening number or have a main character role, you will need to be at the studio by 4:00 to begin at 4:00. Everyone else should be here no later than 4:30. Absolutely NO parents are allowed in the studio during Informal Rehearsal. To also prevent parking problems you will need to drop off your child and leave to come back and pick them up. Students will be dismissed as they finish rehearsing their routines. They are not required to stay the entire time. A drop off/pick up schedule is located at the end of this newsletter. We do an informal rehearsal at the studio to prevent a long rehearsal at the stage the Friday before recital. Parents are not allowed to come in and out of the auditorium so if you are not a backstage volunteer they are responsible for changing themselves. This rehearsal will help the kids feel more comfortable & stay on time so that rehearsal on stage & recital may run smoothly. INFORMAL REHEARSAL MEANS NO COSTUMES!!
