I’m Lily, a Roboticist and Research Engineer at the Southwest Research Institute. I develop software and hardware solutions to push the boundaries of modern automation as implemented on the factory floor, in the Earth's atmosphere, and beyond.
In December 2022 I graduated with my Masters in Robotics and Autonomous Systems at Arizona State University having defended my thesis on the development of A Soft Robotic Hip Exosuit for Rehabiliation and Gait Assistance. I’m passionate about using robotics to improve our world - creating safer working conditions, exploring dangerous environments, improving surgical outcomes, and advancing rehabilitation capabilities. When I’m not in the lab, you’ll likely find me hiking, trying out local restaurants, or learning something new (like double bass!).
