Flipped and Blended Learning

Reflection:

How will Flipping your classroom empower you as a teacher? What are the benefits of a Flipped Model?

A metaphor that speaks to me and the flipped-learning approach I will take with my students will be "The door is open - where do you want to go?" By using Flipped Learning lessons will be more engaging and lead to deeper understanding.

My responsibility is to make sure that the open doors contain appropriate content. By empowering my students to take control of their own learning I am empowered to provide the opportunities for them to have the tools to make that a reality.
