Developing Internal Trainers with Instructors Academy

My role:

•Created and managed a new program to empower subject matter experts and leaders to be effective trainers and facilitators

•Identified key soft skills and behaviors and developed a series of online learning modules and short video blogs as well as virtual, facilitated sessions

•Determined potential audiences and implemented a marketing campaign including a dedicated intranet site, articles, and presentations at key management meetings

Key Outcomes:

•Facilitated sessions were so popular, we received approval for an additional staff member and doubled frequency of certain facilitated sessions
