•Partner with facilitators to create videos, powerpoints, and exercises for live learning
I identified:
•Key soft skills and behaviors for objectives
•Metrics to measure and monitor program success
I created:
•Series of online learning modules with unifying gamification
•Short videos and prework activities for facilitated sessions
•Post-course materials to be distributed on Teams channels and via email
Key Outcomes:
•Survey results indicated 100% were committed to using key behaviors learned
•By application programs became so popular, we had a waitlist
•Leadership engagement training resulted in 50% increase in survey action planning compared to prior survey rollout
