Visible Learning for Literacy - This collaborative faculty meeting presentation highlighted the benefits of visible learning for literacy as well as best practices for classroom utilization.

Webpage Editor - This faculty meeting presentation was given as a training for teachers to show them how to use the new webpage editor as well as introduce Google docs.

Report Card Generator - After many teachers showed confusion with the initial use of generating report cards through PowerSchool, I created a user-friendly guide for faculty to follow.

1:1 Chromebook Initiative - This paper proposes a plan for transitioning an elementary school to a 1:1 chromebook ratio for students.

Mindful Meditation - After participating in Professional Development opportunity on Social Emotional Learning, I created this slideshow for my team to utilize in the classroom.

Math Mindset - This survey was shared with teachers to give to students as an activity to use at the beginning of the year to determine a student's math mindset. Studies show that mathematical disposition, or how a student feels about math, directly aligns to their success in math.

Staff Survey - This survey was created to provide administration with feedback about the relevancy of school assemblies. It also included survey questions from the Parent Teacher Organization, which is who provides the grants to pay for assemblies.

Tinc Road Reading Olympics - With the collaboration of a colleague, we created a reading incentive program to align to the Olympic games. After sending home this memo we introduced the program during a school-wide assembly.

Curriculum Evaluation - This project evaluated the curriculum policy of Mount Olive Township School District, which exemplifies my leadership skills of being able to analyze current curriculum in order to determine strengths and weaknesses.

Carolina Science - After being trained on a new science curriculum, I created a user-friendly slideshow of the units for teachers to use in the classroom.

Journeys / Strategies for Writers Training - This presentation was created as part of the curriculum writing team and presented to 4th grade teachers during a district-wide Professional Development day.

Self-Assessment - This self-assessment aligns to Topic 1 of the Grade 4 Envisions curriculum. I created this for students to track their progress and set goals for the chapter. It was also used to create WINN (What I Need Now) Time groups for remediation. This document was also shared with and turn-keyed to teachers.
