I believe students of all backgrounds and abilities can achieve success and growth socially, emotionally and academically. In order for all students to be successful, building relationships within the school community is critical. Once a foundation of good rapport and communication is built, students can achieve limitless growth and success. Furthermore, I believe a successful leader cultivates a school that blends the use of technology, face-to-face individualized instruction and social emotional attentiveness as a means to close-gaps for at-risk students and achieve growth and success for all.

• Draft entry-plan goals and objectives.

• Introduce myself to students, staff and community.

• Review relevant school data in areas of academics, behavior, policies and procedures to identify strengths and weaknesses.

• Survey staff to identify areas in which the faculty needs/desires more support.

• Goal 1: Cultivate and maintain positive relationships with staff, students, parents and the community.

• Goal 2: Establish and support a safe learning environment that promotes student growth, success and cultural responsiveness.

• Goal 3: Support systems that foster improvement and growth for all students and staff.
