Goal 2: Establish and support a safe learning environment that promotes student growth, success and cultural responsiveness.

• Promote Social Emotional Learning & growth by training educators on the use of conscious disciple, morning meetings, growth mindset and other strategies and programs

• Develop a school wide incentive and behavior management system focusing on restorative justice.

• Communicate continuously with Guidance Counselor to identify students in need of social emotional support.

• Provide training and support to staff during the transition from distance learning back to face-to-face teaching.

• Collaborate with the PTO on events that foster student growth, success and cultural responsiveness.
