Anurag Khare 

(PhD Student)

Anurag completed his Master's in Design and Manufacturing from NIT, Silchar, and went on to work as an Assistant Professor at the Jain College of Engineering, Belgavi.

He is currently interested in understanding the mental processes involved in reading Hindi words. Anurag is also enthusiastic about improving systems engineering by emphasising on human factors.

Vivek Sikarwar 

(PhD Student)

Vivek completed his Master's in Robotics form IIIT - Allahabad, and has also worked as an Assistant Professor in Manipal Institute of Technology, Jaipur.

Currently, he is interested in developing Corpora based measures for Hindi. He is also involved in generating rating based measures for Hindi; and looking at role if these factors in Hindi Word Recognition and Reading.

Debparna Mukherjee

(PhD Student)

Debparna has her Master's in Psychology from Banaras Hindu University, and work experience from IIMs Ahmedabad & Calcutta. Her research interests lie around cognitive ergonomics and human factors. Also, she is currently trying to figure out how cognitive factors contribute to specialised skills like driving.

Firdous Ahmad War

(PhD Student)

Firdous has received his Master's Degree in Psychology from University of Kashmir, and his M. Phil. in Clinical Psychology from NIMHANS.

His research interests lie in using different research methodologies for understanding mental processes in clinical and non - clinical populations. At present, he is looking at the effect of emotional processing  on various attentional processes in individuals.

Dipanjali Yadav

(PhD Student)

Dipanjali has completed her Master's in Psychology from CSJMU, Kanpur.

Her current research interests lie in exploring the effects of the 'self' concept on various mental functions.

Abhishek Baba

(PhD Student)

Abhishek completed his bachelor's in Electronics and Communication Engineering from NERIST, and his master's in the specialization Communication and Signal Processing from IIIT Guwahati.


His research interest lies in exploring the concept of 'self' applied across various socio-cultural settings, and its role in understanding gender differences.

Irfan Ahmad

(PhD Student)

Irfan has completed his Master's in Nuclear Science and Engg. from DTU.

He is currently interested in understanding the concept of self and how it relates to multiple cognitive processes.

Niket Agrawal 

(Research Associate)

Niket is a dual degree Master's Student at the Center for Converging Technologies, University of Rajasthan. 

Previously he has worked on "360 - degree" Spatial Cognition in VR Environment. He is interested in the social cognition and subliminal emotional understanding using lateral brain studies. Currently he is assisting on a project involving eye-tracking in linguistic corpus.
