Working with Readers in Libraries and Beyond

Book trailers are an engaging and creative way to advertise and promote books to both readers and non-readers who may be unsure about picking up a certain book. It gives a glimpse into storyline while piquing interest and advertising the library collection. This trailer is for Mexican Gothic which is a genreblend between horror and romance.

Each student was assigned an anonymous reader who had filled out a general reading form. The Reading Map task was to ensure the best reading experience for each individual and include non-reading options as well, such as activities and tv shows.
