The biggest obstacle that you will have to overcome in your business is your own mind. Doubt kills more dreams than failure ever will.
Be INTENTIONAL with what you are feeding your mind on a daily basis.

Goals. They can be scary. Sometimes we are afraid to set them because we wonder if we can actually achieve them.
You have two choices when setting goals.
1. Go with the safety net. You know, the kind of goals that you know you can hit. The ones that are sitting right in the middle of your comfort zone.
2. Dream big and write goals that scare you to death. These are the kind that I love. The goals that make you shake in your boots and get sweaty palms because you know that they are going to stretch you and push you farther than you have ever pushed before.
As an Independent Consultant, you are your own boss. That means that you get to set your hours, your responsibilities and your goals. A blessing and a curse.
I am challenging you to take some time to work through these next few posts in this unit to dream a little. Start writing down some things that make you nervous, dreams that get you excited because they literally would change your life.
Think about these statistics.
80% of people don't write down goals.
16% of people have goals and don't write them down
4% of people have goals AND write them down
1% of people write down goals and review them regularly
Guess what group has the most success out of alllll the people represented?
The ONE PERCENT.
So get out your pen.... its time for us to start taking the dreams and goals out of our heads and put them on paper so we can see them and make them come to life!
Tony Robbins says, "Your success depends entirely on one thing: your mindset." And guess what...he is 💯 right!
It doesn't matter how skilled you become at being an Arbonne consultant if you don't mind your mind...you won't get to where you're going!
So...how do we do this?
1️⃣-Make sure you are VERY clear and specific with your 21 Reasons Why. Keep them in front of you daily to remind you of WHY you are building your business. When you get discouraged, read through them again one at a time. Don't let a roadblock slow you down! Decide that you want those things more than how you are feeling in that moment!
2️⃣-Read at least 10 pages of a personal development book daily. You read that right--every single day! It is important that we are fueling our minds with information that will grow our self-worth, confidence & belief. I promise you, this is a game-changer and deal-breaker. Those who are growing and making waves in Arbonne make this their FIRST priority.
👉🏻👉🏻Don't like to read? Download and listen to books on audible while you're driving, cleaning, doing your makeup, etc.!
3️⃣-Stay positive. What you focus on grows...so make sure you are speaking life over yourself and others. Give yourself and others grace. Always give the benefit of the doubt. Think abundant. Think confident. Be grateful.
I want you to start here...take a listen to one of our favorites, Mel Robbins, as she helps you reframe the negative beliefs you have about yourself that are holding you back!
We recommend reading at least 10 minutes of personal development a day. 10 pages in 10 minutes and you'll get through an average of 1 book a month. Think about the change that will come to your habits, belief, mindset and life after reading self development books!
Instead of listening to music when you clean, get ready, or drive around, consider listening to a training or podcast that will encourage and uplift you! The best part of this business is who I have become along the way, and it's due to this!
