Here are the answers to those questions!
Who cares what they think... it’s none of your business!
Less is more. Don’t try to memorize the perfect thing to say, or you will sound scripted and they will know it’s not authentic.
You can’t say the wrong thing to the right person... and you can’t say the right thing to the wrong person. So take the pressure off!
Be you and be upfront about why you are reaching out. Don't say you want to catch up or lead in with casual conversation and then ask, tell people upfront why you are reaching out so the ask does not feel inauthentic to them.
It doesn’t matter what you’ve done. What matters is where YOU ARE GOING. Share that with people and nothing else will matter. Your vision of what this could be, along with the support and coaching from your upline is all you need to launch people successfully.
Take some time to start going through your contacts and making your 100 person list. Don’t pre-judge anyone! It’s not up to us to decide who deserves this gift or not, so share it with everyone you know! The worst that is going to happen is that they tell you no.... well guess what, if you don’t ask, they are already a no!!
Remember that #’s matter. You won’t be able to ask 5 people and expect to get a new business partner! Sometimes it happens, most of the time it won’t. Be prepared to ask a lot of people before you get a YES!
Step 1: Initial contact. The ASK. This is the most important step and the one we typically avoid the most! Just rip off the band aid ya’ll!! You have to ask! Be authentic and upfront about why you are reaching out.
Keep it short and to the point
Give a personal compliment
Use the ‘if I, would you verbiage’
Example verbiage: Hey _____! I don’t know if you know this or not, but I have a business with Arbonne and I LOVE it! I think you would be amazing at this because _____(insert compliment)____. It may or may not be a fit for you, but, I think it is totally worth checking it out. If I sent you a quick link with info, would you watch it and let me know what you think?"
Step 2: Send one of our Discover Arbonne links below that might appeal to them or tag them in favorite opportunity video on our Flourish page and schedule a time to follow up.
Example verbiage: "Here is the link. I am excited to hear your thoughts. Is tonight or tomorrow evening better to check back?
Step 3: Follow up in 24-48 hours to see if they have watched it and ask them questions to start discussion
Example verbiage: "What did you love most about that video? What was intriguing?"
Step 4A: IF THEY ARE INTERESTED: This is the most critical part. Don’t lose momentum by dragging this out.
Option 1: Video Chat with AM/VP
"Awesome!! I’m so glad you enjoyed it and want more info!! You know what, I think we should schedule a time you can chat with my good friend and we can get the rest of your questions answered! Do you have any time today or tomorrow?
Option 2: 3-way message with AM/VP
Option 3: If you feel confident in helping them make their decision then keep your conversation going and ask the necessary questions to get them to the commitment!
What intrigues you?
What kind of income would you be looking to make?
What would that do for your family?
What is holding you back?
Step 4B: If they are NOT interested... turn them into a PC!!
Example Verbiage: 'You know what?! Thanks for being honest with me! Can I ask why you don’t think this is a fit for you?’ —> troubleshoot.
'Totally get it and respect that timing is everything! If you're open to it, I would LOVE to get you hooked up with some of our products so you can start to see how amazing they are! I'd love your feedback! Could I send you some free samples?'
Step 5: Sign them up!

If unable to do both, adjust per their budget and interest.
