Step 1: Purchase Your 90 Strong Workbook

This workbook is designed to focus your efforts and and create habits that will drastically improve your daily routines in 90 day cycles. As you work through this guide, focus on doing the work required and serving as many people as you can in the process. If you are just getting your business started, Congratulations! You are in the right place. Work through this guide and stay in constant communication with your upline/mentor to help get your business off to the best, and most successful start!

Step 2: Download Voxer and Contact Your Upline VP's

Like we said above, in Arbonne you are in business FOR yourself, but not BY yourself! Your direct sponsor and upline Vice Presidents are here and ready to support you step by step through this process of getting your business up and running! This app is a great tool we to communicate with one another one and one and in groups! Download it to your phone and send your sponsor your username so they can create a group chat with all of us together! We will use this to guide you through the next steps and encourage you every step of the way!

Step 3: Schedule your 2 Launch Events

Launching your business is THE most important step! One of the best ways to get your business off to the best start is by scheduling 2 launches with your upline withing your first 10 days. ALL you have to worry about is scheduling and inviting--WE will do the rest!

These launches can be in person or virtual. You want to get in front of as many people as possible and let them hear from you WHY you are so excited about this! Don’t wait for the perfect time... just JUMP IN!! Your VPs are here to help!

Wellness Group!

First step for a Launch is to get your wellness group set up so that after the event, you can continue to use this private group to add value to your clients and contacts who have joined. (You can do this on IG, BAND or FB!) These groups can be utilized to share information, testimonies, recipes, wellness tips, tricks, giveaways, fun VIP sales, live videos- but most importantly, this is where we will set up your virtual LAUNCH!

Step 4: Share the News

Share about your journey! Would you open a restaurant and not tell people? Probably not! Get excited about what you are doing and don't hesitate to share that with your network!

Text, call, message or voice message everyone to invite them to your launch! Think of it as you grand opening! Pull out a sheet of paper, open a Google Doc, grab your calendar… whatever works for you and start brain dumping.

Write down EVERY name that comes to mind - don’t prejudge! Take a look through your FB friends, scroll through your cell phone, think about all the different networks you are apart of (church, school, children, sports, community involvement) and write down any name that you can think of. We don't need friends and family members to run our business, but they are fabulous at helping us connect with others who can benefit as we get started!

Send them a message and let them know why you thought of them and ask them to join in your business launch! End with a direct question so that they can respond! Something simple like -" If I sent you the link, would you check it out and see what I am doing with this?"

Also, Making an announcement post about your new business will peak peoples curiosity. Use live videos, instagram stories, posts, etc. Make it a goal to consistently share your journey on social media in a way that is authentic to you.

We are off to a great start! Your business is up and running, we are connecting with your network, and your upline is at your fingertips to answer any questions you have! There is no doubt that starting a busines of any kind can be overwhelming, so we want to keep things as simple as possible for you. One step at a time! This list below will coincide with the checklist you have at the front of the 90 STRONG Workbook your purchased. So crack that thing open and let's walk through these next steps together as you continue learning all you need to know to find success!

Step 1: Become a Product of the Product

It is SO important to use the products. The more you use, the more you can recommend and sell because you will have your own testimony and serious love for the products! We naturally talk about the things we enjoy, so make it a priority to use the products you are promoting!

Step 2: Get Into Activity

Get as many people as you can in front of your Area Manager or VP in your first 30 days!

Complete all of the documents in your 90 Strong workbook (21 reasons why, 100-person contact list, dream team worksheet) and begin working through and filling out the Serve 40 and DMS sheets.

Share about your journey! Make an announcement post about your new business (examples below). Use live videos, instagram stories, posts, etc. The key is being consistent on social media & sharing your journey. People want to see YOU, so show them how Arbonne is a part of your lifestyle! Post about meetings, new friends, exciting moments, products you're using, your families testimony, etc.

You've already scheduled your first 2 launch parties. Our goal now is to start meeting new people, and it's a lot easier than you think! Your friends and family know a lot of people that you don't, so ask them to host a 15 minute presentation for you in the next week to get in front of a whole new group of people that will love what we have to offer as much as you do!

Fill your calendar! Leverage your Social Media, hold one-on-ones, group presentations, virtual events, and invite to Healthy Happy Hour's and Discover Arbonne's your team is hosting. Your goal is to talk to a minimum of 40 or more new people per month about both the products and the business opportunity.

Find your clients and build your team! One of your main goals should be to serve others by sharing our 30 Days to Healthy Living program with them. By serving and sharing with others, not only will you be making an impact in their lives, your business will grow in the process.

Step 4: Get Plugged In

Attend ALL virtual trainings/meetings and all in-person events that you can.

Reach out to your upline often, they want to hear from you!
Mind your mind! Remember personal and professional development is key! Ask your upline for book and podcast recommendations and commit to a minimum of 10 pages or 10 minutes a day!

Step 5: Set Up Your Virtual Office

Download the following apps: Arbonne Content Kit, Zoom, Arbonne Pure Pay, and Voxer
Become familiar with our Nation Facebook Group and turn on post notifications. It is imperative that you check this group at least once a day to stay up to date on everything going on with our team and Arbonne!

Read the Success Plan, Compensation Plan and Compliance documents located on The Source (Arbonne's website). Remember that YOU are responsible for knowing the rules/regulations of your business.

Watch Healthy Living and Discover Arbonne (DA) presentations often to become familiar with presentation and verbiage. Don't hesitate to practice on your own. Repetition builds confidence!

Step 6: Understand How You Earn

You can find more information about our complete compensation plan on the source. The main way to earn an income is through weekly commissions and monthly overrides. Here is an example of the commission from selling Nutrition ASVPs.

Sell 1 Nutrition Kit = Earn $48 Commission
Sell 4 Nutrition Kits = Earn $192 Commission
Sell 10 Nutrition Kits = Earn $480 Commission

It is Important to Promote!

Here is the breakdown of the above commission AND the overrides depending on your management level. (Personal commissions are paid weekly. Overrides on team sales are paid monthly.)

Consultant: $48 Commission
District Manager: $48 Commission + 8% Override= $62.72
Area Manager: $48 Commission + 14% Override= $73.76
Regional Vice President: $48 Commission + 17% Override= $79.28
National Vice President: $48 Commission + 18% Override= $81.12

At DM, AM, RVP, & NVP, you also earn overrides on your team’s sales.

It is so important that you share your intentions with your upline so that they can help you make a game plan to achieve your goals!

Step 7: Don't Quit!

Most people overestimate what they can do in one year, but underestimate what they can do in 5.

This business takes consistent effort and time. The only guarantee you have is this: if you quit, you will never see success with this company! If you treat this like a business, then you will have a business. If you treat this like a hobby, you will have a hobby. Businesses make money, hobbies cost money - Remember that and choose wisely!
