Bullying is unwanted, aggressive behavior that involves a real or perceived power imbalance. The behavior is repeated, or has the potential to be repeated, over time.
An imbalance of power means that the person doing the bullying is perceived or perceives themselves as greater than someone else. Examples of power imbalance can be physical strength, access to embarrassing information, or popularity.
