Papeelue

กลุ่มทอผ้าไทลื้อบ้านธิลำพูน เริ่มก่อตั้งขึ้นในปี พ.ศ. 2557 โดยประชาชากรส่วนใหญ่ในเขตตำบลบ้านธิเป็นคนไทลื้อเกือบทั้งหมด จึงได้ทำการสำรวจ สืบค้น บุคคลที่มีความรู้ ความสามารถด้านการทอผ้าที่อาศัยในชุมชน ตลอดจนเก็บข้อมูลลายผ้าต่าง ๆ ที่พบเจอในชุมชน ซึ่งเป็นที่สังเกตุได้ว่า ลายผ้าต่างๆนั้นจะถูกทออยู่บน ผ้าหลบ ( ผ้าปูที่นอน ) เน้นสี แดง ดำ เกือบทั้งสิ้น ซึ่งลวดลายที่ค้นพบจะมีเฉพาะในชุมชนเท่านั้น และเป็นการสืบทอดลายผ้าจากรุ่นสู่รุ่น  

สมาชิกในกลุ่มทั้งหมดเป็นผู้สูงอายุที่มารวมตัวกันเพื่ออนุรักษณ์ลายผ้าโบราณในชุมชนไว้ สินค้าที่ผลิตออกมาจำหน่ายจึงเป็นสินค้าแบบดั้งเดิมและพัฒนาต่อยอดเป็นผลิตภัณฑ์ร่วมสมัยตามแต่ความต้องการของลูกค้า 

ปัจจุบัน ได้มีการส่งเสริมให้สมาชิกในกลุ่มหันมาปลูกฝ้ายเพื่อนำมาใช้ในการทอผ้า เพื่อเป็นการลดการซื้อฝ้ายจากโรงงานอุตสาหกรรม สร้างรายได้ให้คนในชุมชนเพิ่มมากขึ้น โดยฝ้ายที่ปลูก จะมีทั้งหมด 3 สี ได้แก่ สีขาว สีเขียว และสีน้ำตาล  โดยไม่ผ่านการย้อม

จุดเด่นของผลิตภัณฑ์

เป็นการนำเอาฝ้ายที่ชาวบ้านในชุมชนปลูกเอง นำมาอีดเอาเมล็ดออกและนำมาปั่นเป็นเส้น จากนั้นนำมาทอ ซึ่งฝ้ายมี 3 สี ได้แก่ สีขาว สีเขียวและสีน้ำตาล โดยไ่ม่ผ่านการย้อม ซึ่งช่างทอผ้าจะทอลวดลายโบราณของชาวไทลื้อที่สืบทอดกันมา สลับกันไปเป็นช่วงๆ แล้วจึงนำมาออกแบบตัดเย็บให้มีความร่วมสมัย

The "Thiluelamphun Weaving Group" was established in the year 2014 in Ban Thilamphun village. The majority of the residents in the Ban Thil sub-district are of Thai Lue ethnicity. Therefore, a survey was conducted to identify individuals with knowledge and skills in weaving within the community. This also involved collecting various fabric patterns found within the community. It was observed that these patterns were woven onto bedspreads, emphasizing colors like red and black. These patterns were unique to the community and were passed down through generations.

All members of the group are elderly individuals who have come together to preserve the ancient fabric patterns in the community. The products they create for sale remain traditional while also being developed to meet the needs of customers. Currently, there's an effort to encourage group members to cultivate silk for weaving, aiming to reduce the reliance on industrial factory-bought silk. This initiative aims to increase income for the community members. The cultivated silk comes in three natural colors: white, green, and brown, without undergoing any dyeing processes.

Product Highlight

This involves taking silk cultivated by the villagers in the community, removing the seeds, and spinning it into threads. Subsequently, these threads are woven. The silk comes in three natural colors: white, green, and brown, without undergoing any dyeing processes. Skilled weavers then weave traditional patterns of the Thai Lue people, which have been passed down through generations, alternating at intervals. Finally, the woven fabric is designed, cut, and sewn to give it a contemporary touch.
