"ผงแกงฮังเลตราตา" เป็นผงแกงฮังเลที่มีชื่อเสียงและได้รับความนิยมในหมู่ชาวล้านนามานานกว่า 70 ปีแล้ว สูตรของผงแกงฮังเลนี้เริ่มต้นขึ้นโดย นายส่างเจ็ง ชาวพม่า ซึ่งได้เข้ามาอยู่ในเมืองไทย และทำหน้าที่ดูแลชาวพม่าที่เข้ามาอยู่อาศัย นายส่างเจ็ง ได้นำสูตรเครื่องแกงฮังเลที่ถือว่าเป็นต้นตำหรับขนานแท้เข้ามาเผยแพร่ในล้านนา ซึ่งได้รับการตอบรับอย่างดีจนกลายเป็นที่นิยมในปัจจุบัน  ต่อมานายส่างเจ็ง ได้เปลี่ยนชื่อเป็นนายสมัตต์ และได้สมรสกับนางบัวเทพ ซึ่งเป็นต้นตระกูลของ ""สุวรรณศรี"" ทั้งสองได้ตั้งรกรากสร้างครอบครัวที่อำเภอป่าซาง จังหวัดลำพูน และได้ทำการพัฒนาปรับปรุงสูตรเครื่องปรุงแกงฮังเลในตราสินค้า "ตราตา" จนถึงรุ่นลูกในปัจจุบัน

ผลิตภัณฑ์ "เครื่องแกงฮินเล ตราตา" และ "เครื่องปรุงแกงฮังเล ตราตา" มีรสชาติต้นตำหรับ ที่ผลิตจากเครื่องเทศคุณภาพ และได้รับการยอมรับจากผู้บริโภคมาอย่างยาวนาน.

"" Hunglay Curry Powder Trata "" is a distinguished Hunglay curry powder that the Lanna people have treasured for over 70 years. After settling in Thailand, Mr. Sang Jeng cared for Burmese immigrants and introduced them to the Hunglay curry paste recipe, believed to be the genuine original. This recipe was warmly embraced by the Lanna community and has grown significantly in popularity since. Later on, Mr. Sang Jeng adopted the name Mr. Samut and married Mrs. Buathep, a descendant of the ""Suwannasri"" lineage. Together, they settled in the Pa Sang District of Lamphun Province. The couple further refined the Hunglay curry seasoning recipe, which is now promoted under the ""Trata"" brand for today's generation.
