The Lakewood community pool is officially open for the 2024 Season!
With the installation of a new fence and gate. We have transitioned to a GATE CODE to enter the pool. However, please keep your old pool keys to get into the bathrooms and kitchen.
See the Email for NEW CODE!!! (don't want to post on a public website) or email lakewoodcommboard@gmail.com to receive It If you have not already.
If it doesn't open immediately, on the lower right-hand side of the number pad is a button to push, C, and then reenter the code.
*Just a few reminders:
-Please never prop open the gate, we can lose our pool license, and it is not good for gate spring.
-When the last person leaves you put down the umbrellas, turn off bathroom lights, and close doors to bathrooms and kitchen.
-All babies or toddlers in swim diapers to prevent the closing of the pool for disinfecting water.
-NO GLASS at all inside the pool area

For Red Bud, Mimosa, Magnolia and lawns adjacent to Private Drive:
Do not run your irrigation system beginning this Friday night at Midnight *. There will be a fine of $25 if your sprinkler system runs the morning the work begins.
*Because the start date is subject to the weather, it is your responsibility to check the HOA website – bit.ly/lakewoodHOA – for any change to the start date. All vehicles that extend over the ‘Fire Lane’ stripe must be temporarily relocated until 1 hour after the work on your street has been completed. The paint dries very quickly so we will not be blocking off any of the streets for more than 30 minutes.
*I am looking for volunteers who can help get the fire lanes prepared on Friday morning.
This would include edging, blowing or sweeping the existing red lines free of debris.
If you have questions or want to help, please text Jane Weil 817-239-2877
