Members in good standing and with a track record of responsible use may receive a key to access the Pool independently.
Only your qualified family members may use the Pool outside of public hours, and a responsible family member must always be present. Visitors may not be brought in outside of posted hours except by prior arrangement with the head Guard or Manager.
Only admit other members who also have a key. Be sure to lock the gate securely behind you when you leave, and do not leave anyone who doesn’t have a key with them and the same explicit permission to be there that you have. Children under age 14 are not allowed to enter or remain without an adult. If there's a problem with others present which you cannot resolve then attempt to reach Paul or Alicia or the Head Guard (numbers posted at the gate and on the pump house).
All the current Rules & Regulations continue to apply at all times.
The key shall be returned upon request.
• Foggy or dirty water -- please scoop out what you can. Visible blood or urine in the pool requires one kind of treatment, and feces (poop) requires something different--contact Paul or a guard immediately and ask everyone to get out of the pool.
• Anything broken or out of order -- mark it and set it aside. Any evidence of tampering or vandalism.
• Any form of injury needs to be promptly reported--contact Paul or a guard.
• First Aid supplies are on the pump house shelf straight in the door (same key as the gate).
• Emergency Cell Phone is on charge inside the pump house beside the electrical panel.
• Restroom supplies are in the pump house on the shelf at top left.
• Pole lights are switched under the top flip cover near the restroom doors. (Left & Right)
• Do not do anything with the pool chemicals unless specifically instructed!
