One of the problems with not starting to learn a language by just listening and reading is thinking words like POR and PARA mean only one thing. Many English speakers think they mean "for" in English. They don't. It is a word used with other words to mean many things.

It's easier to associate images with the general meaning until you internalize the meaning or know what sounds right.
PARA 👉 is used to indicate a DESTINATION, GOAL, PURPOSE, RECIPIENT, MOVEMENT in one direction so an arrow or straight line is a good image to visualize.

POR is used to indicate THROUGH, DURATION OF TIME, AN EXCHANGE, PER or BY (by someone or           3 by 3 equals 9 or 3 x 3 = 9  so a circular💫 or non straight line is a good image to visualize.
